The Celebi twins, Enzo and Izis. They're cheeky little things. I've seen them around before but they mostly don't like to show themselves, I've heard of them playing a few tricks on travellers.
Enzo is the one you have to worry about the most, he doesn't know when to stop. Izis is there to keephim in line tho... most of the time.
It is odd that they've targetted the leaders, I heard they got along well with the guildmembers.
Anyway...
Celebi are said to have some control over time, I've never heard of them being able to turn pokemon into kids but... I don't see another explanation to what might've happened.
You need to take the leaders to where they are. They live in Eterna Forest. But you better be careful... when dealing with a legendary"
